Hours

Hours 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Every other Saturday. Hours may change in the off-season to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• As a Master Technician you will be required to perform complex diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and pre-delivery on agricultural and some small construction equipment along with Precision Farming hardware and software products.
• Provide customers with excellent customer service and respect
• Being an expert entails: staying up to date with training and assisting other technicians with unresolved issues on occasion as an expert
• Complete accurate, detailed, and timely documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience performing service repairs
• Master Service Technician certification preferred
• Are mechanically skilled, Customer-focused, self-driven, and an independent problem-solver who can work in a fast-paced environment
• Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work.
• Associate’s Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program preferred
